Delete your Phinsert data
You do not need an account to use Phinsert, so there is no account to delete. Use this form to ask us to delete the conversations you had with the AI insert.
What you can delete yourself, right now
- Your scan history is stored only on your phone. In the app, open History and tap Remove on any medicine, or uninstall the app to erase all of it.
- Microphone and camera access: turn them off at any time in your phone's settings. Camera images and voice audio are never stored.
What we delete when you ask
- Conversations with the AI insert: the text of your questions and the answers.
- Anything else we can link to you from the details you give below.
What we may have to keep. A conversation that reports a side effect is a pharmacovigilance record. Drug-safety law requires the laboratory to keep it. In that case, we remove anything that could identify you and keep only the safety information, for the period the law requires. We will tell you if this applies.
We confirm every request by email and complete it within 30 days.

Eliminar tus datos de Phinsert
Phinsert no necesita cuenta, así que no hay ninguna cuenta que borrar. Con el formulario de arriba puedes pedirnos que eliminemos las conversaciones que tuviste con el Inserto Inteligente por IA.
- Tu historial de escaneos está solo en tu teléfono. En la app, entra a Historial y toca Quitar, o desinstala la app para borrarlo todo.
- El micrófono y la cámara se desactivan cuando quieras en los ajustes del teléfono. Nunca guardamos las imágenes ni el audio.
- Cuando nos lo pides, eliminamos el texto de tus conversaciones y cualquier otro dato que podamos vincular contigo con la información que nos des.
- Lo que quizá debamos conservar: si una conversación reporta un efecto adverso, es un registro de farmacovigilancia y la ley obliga al laboratorio a conservarlo. En ese caso quitamos todo lo que pueda identificarte y conservamos solo la información de seguridad, durante el plazo legal. Te avisaremos si es tu caso.
Confirmamos cada solicitud por correo y la completamos en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
